Shipping & Returns
Production & shipping times
Every piece is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Orders are produced and shipped within 5–10 business days, depending on the item and destination. Delivery then takes a few more days to about two weeks depending on where you are. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Japan, and South Korea. Prices are shown and charged in your local currency at checkout, converted automatically. Payment is by credit card.
Import duties & taxes
Most orders arrive with nothing extra to pay. Some countries may charge import duties, VAT or GST, or a customs handling fee when the parcel arrives. These are set by your government, not by UTSURI, and are paid by the recipient on delivery. They are not included in the price or shipping shown at checkout. For an estimate before ordering, your national customs website is the most reliable source.
Returns & refunds
Because every piece is made to order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for the wrong size being ordered. Please check the size guide on each product page before buying, and message us if you are unsure.
We will replace or refund your order, whichever you prefer, if:
- it arrived damaged, misprinted, or defective
- you received the wrong item or size
- it was confirmed lost in transit
Contact us at shisaku123m@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. In most cases you will not need to send anything back.
Changes & cancellations
To change or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours. After that it has usually entered production and can no longer be changed.
We cannot take responsibility for orders where the shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us for that reason or for unpaid customs charges, we can refund the items minus the original shipping.
