Returns & refunds

Every UTSURI piece is printed and sewn to order, just for you. Because nothing is pre-made or restocked, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for the wrong size being ordered. Please check the size guide on each product page before buying — if you are between sizes or unsure, message us and we will help.

We will always make it right if something is wrong with your order:

• The item arrived damaged, misprinted, or with a defect
• You received the wrong item or size, different from what you ordered
• Your order did not arrive and is confirmed lost in transit
  

Contact us at shisaku123m@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.

To change or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After that it has usually entered production and can no longer be changed.

We cannot take responsibility for orders where the shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout, or for duties and taxes charged by your country (see our Shipping policy). If a parcel is returned to us for these reasons, we can refund the items minus the original shipping.
