Import duties & taxes

Each piece is made to order and ships from the production facility closest to you, so most orders arrive with nothing extra to pay.

For some destinations, your local customs authority may charge import duties, VAT or GST, or a customs handling fee when the parcel enters your country. These charges are set by your government, not by UTSURI. They are not included in the product price or the shipping fee shown at checkout, and when they apply they are paid by the recipient on delivery.

If a parcel is refused or returned to us because these charges were left unpaid, we can refund the cost of the items, minus the original shipping.
